Adjust Time and TorqueHow to Adjust Time and Torque, Figure 12Control of the motor torque is achieved by acting on the motorvoltage.The motor speed depends on the torque produced bythe motor and the load on the motor shaft. A motor with little orno load will reach full speed before the voltage has reached itsmaximum value.NOTE: The soft start controller will read time and torque set-tings in the OFF state. Repeated starts may trip themotor protection relay. DO NOT set the rotaryswitches in between positions. This corrupts the timeand torque adjustment. Use screwdriver 2 mm x0.5 mm.Rating IndexTable 8.
