Install guide bar, tip guard, and sawchain as follows.Tip Guard to Bar InstructionsTools Needed: Two 11 mm (7/16 in.) Wrenches. For saws with tipguard P/N 2894901 and Symmetrical or AsymmetricalLow-Kick type (Double Guard) guide bars.1. Install bolt (A) in rear hole (B) of tip guard and through fronthole (C) in guide bar.2. IMPORTANT: Dimple (D) in tip guard must engage recess (E)in guide bar.3. Securely tighten nut (F) and bolt (A).Guide Bar and Saw Chain Installation/Removal1. Release the cylinder cover latches, and remove the cylindercover.2. Remove spark plug lead.3. Remove sprocket guard nuts (A) and remove sprocket guard(B).4.
