20MODE has been adjusted in the OFF or DIMMED options), and will switch off or dim again if theconditions to keep it from exiting AUTO STANDBY mode are still met.If, to the contrary, the unit is manually forced into STANDBY mode using the ON/STBYkey on the infrared remote control, the unit will not respond to keys being pressed on the frontpanel, nor will the LCD screen light up, until it is woken up by again pressing the ON/STBY key orbriefly pressing the front panel rotary encoder knob; the unit will then switch to ON mode.4.5. LED indicators SP: The signal presence or SP LED indicator shows whether there is a signal onany of the amplifier's inputs. This lights up when the input level reaches theestablished detection threshold. CLIP: The saturation or CLlP LED indicator lights up when the signal delivered tothe speakers is close to the amplifier's clipping or saturation level. Input signalsshould be adjusted to ensure the CLIP (saturation or cut off) indicators never staylit, but that at most they light up to the rhythm of the lowest bass frequencies.Otherwise the amplified signal will be distorted with low-quality and intelligiblesound.Note: The CA200z has an "ANTICLIP" circuit that is always active, constantly analysing theharmonic distortion (produced by excessive trimming of the signal to the amplifier output),automatically reducing the input level and actuating only when the distortion limit is exceeded ON/STBY:o it lights up green when the equipment is in normal operation mode. Inthis mode, it blinks when it receives commands from the infrared remotecontrolo it lights up orange when in standby mode, a mode accessed by pressingthe ON/STBY key on the infrared remote control.o it lights up in green with orange flashes when the unit has automaticallyentered AUTO STANDBY mode4.6. Lock modeTo enter or exit the CA200z's lock mode, the combination of LINE4 + MIC1 + the frontrotary encoder knob must be pressed and held for several moments. To protect the device from tampering, it cannot be operated with the front panel keys whilein lock mode. In this mode, the LCD screen will display PANEL LOCKED every time there is anattempt to operate with the keys. When exiting the mode with the same key combination, the LCD panel will display PANELUNLOCKED for a short period of time.Note: Once the lock mode is activated it will remain so even when the unit is switched off and onagain. It will stay locked until the three-key combination described above is pressed and held.
