If a wet sponge or cloth is used towipe spills on a hot surface, be careful to avoid steamburns. When the grill or ovenis in operation the fan will run to cool the fascia and controlknobs.Cooker CareAs steam can condense to water droplets on the cool outertrim of the oven, it may be necessary during cooking to wipeaway any moisture with a soft cloth. This will also help toprevent soiling and discolouration of the oven exterior bycooking vapours.
