Never use an open flame tolocate a leak.• This cooking center is for outdoor use only.Tested in accordance with ANSI Z21.58,Latest Edition standard for outdoor cookinggas appliances.• Check your local building codes for theproper method of installation. Use a multi-purpose dry chemicalor foam-type fire extinguisher.Flaming grease outside a pan can be put out bycovering it with baking soda or, if available, byusing a multi-purpose dry chemical or foam-type fire extinguisher.
