This unit is foroutdoor use only.• Do not locate the cooking center where the grillexhaust is directed at combustible materials,windows (open or closed), doorways, etc. Thegrill vents combustion gases and smoke to theback of the appliance.• Keep the area surrounding the cooking centerfree from combustible materials, trash, orcombustible fluids and vapors such as gasolineor charcoal lighter fluid. Do not obstruct theflow of combustion and ventilation air.• Do not use charcoal on the grill.• Never use the cooking center in a windy area.• Keep any electrical supply cord, or therotisserie motor away from the heated areasof the cooking center.• Never use the cooking center in windyconditions. If located in a consistently windyarea (oceanfront, mountaintop, etc.) a windbreak will be required. Always adhere tothe specified clearances listed in theinstallation instructions.• The professional grill is designed for a singlelayer of lava rock to be spread evenly overthe stainless steel radiant tray above the grillburners. To avoid blocking off the area forthe grill burners to vent, do not use morethan a single layer of lava rock. Adding excessrock can damage ignition components andknobs and void the warranty.• If a cart unit is stored indoors ensurethat it is cool before attempting to move it.If LP, the cylinder must be unhooked andthe LP cylinder stored outside in a wellventilated area, out of the reach of children.From the caster side of the cooking centerpush, never pull, the cooking center.• Never use a dented or rusty LP tank. See therequirements in the installation instructions.• Never put more than one LP cylinder below acart-mounted cooking center. Never modifythe cart to house a larger cylinder or morethan one cylinder at a time. Do not storespare tanks in a built-in enclosure.• Keep the ventilation openings of the LPcylinder enclosure free and clear from debris.• LP units are supplied with an LP tankequipped with a type 1 connector and anover-fill protection device. If you use a tankexchange system, be sure to exchange thistank for a similarly equipped tank.
