Usea multi-purpose dry chemical or foam-typefire extinguisher.n Flaming grease outside a pan can be putout by covering it with baking soda or, ifavailable, by using a multi-purpose drychemical or foam-type fire extinguisher.n Flame in the oven can be smotheredcompletely by closing the oven door andturning the oven off or by using a multi-purpose dry chemical or foam-type fireextinguisher.n Do not touch the surface units, the heatingelements or the interior surface of theoven. These surfaces may be hot enough toburn even though they are dark in color.During and after use, do not touch, or letclothing or other flammable materialscontact, the surface units, areas nearby thesurface units or any interior area of theoven; allow sufficient time for cooling first.n Potentially hot surfaces include thecooktop, areas facing the cooktop, ovenvent opening, surfaces near the opening,crevices around the oven door and metaltrim parts above the door.nREMEMBER: The inside surface of theoven may be hot when the door is opened.WARNING!SAFETY PRECAUTIONSCook meat and poultry thoroughly—meat to at least an INTERNAL temperature of 160°F. and poultryto at least an INTERNAL temperature of 180°F.
