You canchange the Clean Time to any time between 3and 5 hours, depending on the amount of soil inyour oven.Touch theSTART TIME pad. Theearliest delay start time you can setwill appear in the display.Using the+ or– pads, enter thetime of day you want the clean cycleto start.Touch theSTART/ON pad.The display will show the delay start settime. It will not be possible to unlatch theoven door until the temperature dropsbelow the lock temperature and theLOCKED door light goes off.When theLOCKED door light is off,unlatch the door.After a Clean CycleYou may notice some white ash in theoven. Wipe it up with a damp cloth afterthe oven cools.If white spots remain, remove them with a soap-filled scouring pad and rinse thoroughly witha vinegar and water mixture.These deposits are usually a saltresidue that cannot be removed bythe clean cycle.If the oven is not clean after one cleancycle, repeat the cycle.■ You cannot set the oven for cookinguntil the oven is cool enough for thedoor to be unlatched.■ While the oven is self-cleaning, youcan press theCLOCK pad to displaythe time of day. To return to the cleancountdown, press theCOOK TIME pad.■ Apply a small amount of vegetable oilto a paper towel and wipe the edges ofthe oven racks with the paper towel.Do not spray with Pam® or otherlubricant sprays.To Stop a Clean CycleTouch theOFF pad.Wait until the oven has cooled below thelocking temperature to unlatch the door.You will not be able to open the doorright away unless the oven has cooledbelow the locking temperature.
