Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria.Be sure that the oven light is off because heat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteria growth.How to Set an Immediate Start and Automatic StopThe oven will turn on immediately and cook for aselected length of time. At the end of the cookingtime, the oven will turn off automatically.Make sure the clock shows the correct timeof day.Touch the CONVECTION BAKE padonce (CONVECTION BAKE MULTImode) for multi-rack convectionbaking. This mode is used forcooking food items on more thanone rack (i.e., 2, 3 or more racks) atthe same time in convection bake.See Multi-Rack Baking section formore information.Touch the CONVECTION BAKE padtwice (CONVECTION BAKE 1 GRILLEmode) for one-rack convectionbaking. This mode is used for cookingfood items on only one rack inconvection bake.Touch the CONVECTION ROAST padfor convection roasting.Touch the number pads to set thedesired oven temperature.Touch the COOK TIME pad.NOTE: If your recipe requires preheating, you mayneed to add addtional time to the length of thecooking time.Touch the number pads to set thedesired length of cooking time. Theminimum cooking time you can setis 1 minute. The oven temperaturethat you set and the cooking time thatyou entered will be in the display.Touch the START pad.The display will show the changingtemperature (starting at 100°F [38°C])and the cooking time. The display startschanging once the temperature reaches100°F (38°C).The oven will continue to cook for theprogrammed amount of time, then shutoff automatically, unless the WARM featurewas set. See the How to Set the Oven forWarming section.Touch the RESET/OFF pad to clearthe display if necessary. Remove thefood from the oven.
