15Installation InstructionsE Install the Propane (LP) orifices in their preciselocations as noted in the illustrations above.F Return the natural gas orifices to the bracketand reattach the bracket and the instructionsheet to the pressure regulator using thescrew removed previously.G Replace the burner bases, heads, caps andtop grates. (NOTE: When re-attaching theburner bases to glass top units, tighten screwsto a maximum of 10 in.-lbs torque.)3 CHANGE COOKTOP BURNERORIFICES (CONT.)D Locate the Propane (LP) orifices attached tothe regulator along with separate Propane(LP) conversion instructions. They will have adigit for size, and a letter for type of gas, onthe top or side. (Important: Save the orificesremoved from the appliance for future use.)Each orifice will show a series of engravedmarks, (I, II, III, X or none), located on the top.These marks denote the precise location of eachorifice to the cooktop burner.15,000 BTU/HR Burner (on some models)NOTE: The main orifice is located low in the centerof the burner while the simmer orifice is locatedhigher behind the center of the burner.The 15,000 BTU/HR burner has two orifices withmarkings located in the sides only.
