GEAppliances.comCook and HoldYour new control has a cook and hold featurethat keeps cooked foods warm for up to 5 hoursafter the cooking function is finished.This feature can be used only at the end of atimed baking cycle which has an automaticstop.To activate this feature, follow the steps below.[Z] Pressthe BAKE and BROILHI/LO pads atthe same time for 3 seconds until thedisplay shows SF.[] Pressthe COOKINGTIME pad. The displaywill show Hid OFF.Pressthe COOKINGTIME pad again toactivate the feature. The display will showHid ON.[] Pressthe STARTpad to activate the cookand hold feature and leave the control setin this special features mode.AChanging the Speed of the Increase or Decrease PadsAs you use the INCREASE or DECREASE padswhen setting a time or temperature, you maynotice the display changes slowly. This specialfeature allows you to change the speed.To set the speed you prefer, follow the stepsbelow.rT] Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO pads atthe same time for 3 seconds until thedisplay shows SF.[_ Press the INCREASE pad.
