Makesure the bowed portion istowardthe front of the range.CleaningLift out when cool. Gratesshould be washedregularlgand, of course,after spillovers.Washthem in hot, soapg water and rinsewith cleanwater.When replacingthe grates,be surethegare positionedsecurelgover the burners.Replacethe grates so that continuousarcs areformed with the center ribsof all three grates.Do not operate a burner for an extended periodof time without cookwareon the grate.
