Werecommend that you pull the rack out severalinches and then, using two pot holders, pull therack out by holding the sides of it. The rack is lowand you could be burned if you place your hand inthe middle of the rack and pull all the way out. Bevery careful not to burn your hand on the doorwhen using the rack in the lowest position (R).The oven has 6 rack positions.It also has a special low rack position(R) for extra large items, such as turkey.How to Set the Oven for Baking or RoastingTouch the BAKE pad.Touch the number pads to setthe desired temperature.Touch the START pad.Check food for doneness atminimum time on recipe. Cooklonger if necessary.Touch the OFF pad when cookingis complete.NOTE: A cooling fan will automatically turn onand off to cool internal parts. This is normal, andthe fan may continue to run even after the ovenin turned off.If baking four cake layers at the same time,place two layers on rack B and two layers onrack D.
