– 26 –Oven Gas Shut-off Valve (All Gas)The gas shut-off valve is located on the side of thepressure regulator which is mounted on a bracketbehind the storage drawer. Be sure to let the light cover and bulbcool completely. Do not touch a hot bulb with barehands or a damp cloth.Replace with a new 130V halogen bulb, not toexceed 50 watts.If oven light is not working, make the followingchecks:• Check oven light bulb.• Light should come on when door is opened -check voltage across light socket terminals. Itshould read 120 VAC. If 0 volts, check jambswitch and wiring.To remove and replace the oven light bulb:1. Turn the glass cover counterclockwise 1 / 4 turnuntil the tabs of the glass cover clear thegrooves of the socket.2. Using gloves or a dry cloth, remove the bulbby pulling it straight out.3. Using gloves or a dry cloth, remove the newbulb from its packaging. Do not touch thebulb with bare fingers. Push the bulbstraight into the receptacle all the way. Placethe tabs of the glass cover into the grooves ofthe socket. Turn the glass cover clockwise 1 / 4turn to engage.4. For improved lighting inside the oven, cleanthe glass cover frequently using a wet cloth.This should be done when the oven iscompletely cool.5. Reconnect electrical power to the oven.
