26Long-term timerWith this function, the appliance maintains atemperature of 85 °C with the "Hot air" heatingfunction.You can keep food warm for up to 74 hours withouthaving to switch the appliance on or off.Bear in mind that food which spoils easily should notbe left in the oven for too long.Notes‒ You must set the long-term timer to "available" inthe basic settings (refer to the Basic settingssection).‒ The long-term timer cannot be selected if thetimer or the stopwatch are activated.Setting the long-term timer1 Set the function selector to ž.2 Touch the / symbol.The default value 24 hrs at 85 °C appears in thedisplay.3 Touch the $ symbol.4 Set the desired cooking time 6 using the rotaryselector.5 Confirm with ™.6 Press I to start.The appliance starts. / and the temperature appearin the display.The oven and display lighting are switched off.
