Pre−installation checksTo ensure safe and trouble−free installation and anoptimum overall appearance of the kitchen front, thefollowing points must be checked beforehand:D Floor surface of the installation nicheD Dimensions of the installation nicheD Squareness of the installation nicheD Clearance from the installation niche to adjacentkitchen units and wallD Location of the socketD Stability and secureness of adjacent cabinet partsAll cabinet parts onto which the appliance isscrewed must be firmly connected to the wall.2. Removing the packaging,transportation locks and woodenpalette! Warning!The appliance is very heavy and may tip over whilebeing unpacked.To prevent the appliance from tipping over, do notopen the appliance doors until the anti−tip stabiliserhas been fitted.Proceed with great care, otherwise persons couldbe injured or the appliance could be damaged.To protect the floor surface from damage duringinstallation:D Lay a strip of linoleum or similar on the floor to thefront of the planned area of installation and fix downwith adhesive tape.Note!Transport accessories must be positioned againstthe centre of the back or sides of the appliance.Never slide the transport accessory underneath theappliance from the front.Risk of damage to appliance.D Move the appliance using a dolly or lift truck.Removing the transport packaging1. Remove the bands from around the carton.2. Cut the carton open along the printed cutting lineand remove it. Use the knife carefully to avoiddamaging the surface of the appliance.3. Check the appliance for damage.
