Use a clean moist cloth to wipe offany such surfaces.,CautionUsing commercial cleaning fluids or chemicals: Read thedirections for use and precautionary statements beforeuse. Pay attention to the concentration of cleaner andthe length of time the cleaner remains on the food-contact surfaces or equipment surfaces.NoticeInspect and Clean Fresh Air Intake FilterWe strongly recommend using air intake filters in allinstallations to protect the equipment from greaseparticles. A dirty, blocked air intake filter blocks theair vent and can cause damages to the electroniccomponents. Inspect, clean or replace the air intakefilters at least once a week or as often as necessary.nWarningInspect Silicone SealWhen the silicone seal is broken, water penetrationcould cause the appliance to fail, and any malfunctioncould cause personal harm.
