These settingsmust also be configured when restoring factory settings (page 4). All of these settings can beconfigured later from the Configure screen.The settings are as follows:language—Touch the language that you want shown on your screen.Welcome—Touch OK.Any NMEA devices?—Touch yes if NMEA devices are or will be connected.AIs Connection (shown if answer to Any NMEA devices was yes)—Touch the type of AISdevices that are or will be connected to the unit. See page 32 for more information.Position Format—Specify the coordinate system that you want location readings to appearin.Time Format—Specify whether you want the time displayed in a 12-hour, 24-hour, or UTC(Universal Time Code) format.Time Zone—Specify the time zone for your location.units—Specify units for onscreen measurements as statute, Metric, or Nautical.Minimum safe Depth—Specify the minimum safe depth for your boat.
