Select Off to turn theelectronic compass off and use theGPS compass.••Altimeter SetupTouch Setup > Altimeter.Auto Calibration—allow thealtimeter to self-calibrate each timeyou turn the Dakota on.Barometer Mode—select VariableElevation (used when moving)or Fixed Elevation (used whenstationary, allowing the altimeter tofunction as a standard barometer).Pressure Trending—select whenthe pressure data is recorded. TouchSave Always to record pressure dataevery 15 minutes, even when theDakota is turned off. Touch SaveWhen Power On to record data onlywhen the Dakota is turned on.
