5. Use a plastic or wooden spatula to slide any residues off the grill plates. Remove stubbornresidue with a nylon washing brush.Note: Dispose fat and meat juices as compost or in a closed vessel in the waste.6. Wipe the grill plates with a soft cloth or sponge damped with warm dish-water to removefood residue. Soak stubborn residues with a little oil for some minutes.
