27• The mincer cannot mince hard or stingily ingredients (for example: bones,nuts, ginger). If you use hard ingredients like onions or carrots, you haveto steam them before adding them to the meat otherwise they can blockthe motor.• The mincer has an overload protection. When the overload protectionautomatically turns the appliance off or when the appliance continues tofunction but no meat comes out of the cutting plate due to jamming ofbones or other material, turn the appliance off and wait a few minutes toallow the motor to cool down.• Never put fingers, wooden spoons or other foreign objects (such as hair,clothing, brushes, cloths) into the feed chute or the holes of the grindingdisc when the appliance is plugged into the power point. Always ensurethat there are no foreign objects (such as bones, stems of vegetables orwooden spoons) in the feed chute before turning on the appliance. Onlyuse the provided pusher to push food through the feed chute. Never holdyour face or other body parts over the feed chute when the motor is run-ning because little pieces of food could be thrown out of the feed chute.ATTENTION: Ensure the rounded side of the knife faces the worm whenassembling it. Otherwise it can cause damage to the motor.ATTENTION: Do not let the motor run permanently for longer then 15minutes on maximum power to avoid overheating. After 15 minutes turnoff the appliance and let the motor cool down for several minutes beforecontinuing operation. With normal load the permanent running time is 30minutes.IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDSPlease read all the advice and instructions with care and keep the manual.Only use the appliance as stated and only for this use.
