Continue holding thetoggle switch until air stops coming out of thebleed screw. Close the bleed screw.Crushing hazard. Keep clear ofthe platform during rotation.7 Clean up any hydraulic oil that may havespilled.8 Rotate the platform fully in both directions andinspect the bleed screws for leaks.2-3Platform Overload SystemProper calibration of the platform overload systemis essential to safe machine operation. Level the platform.2 Remove all material, tools and equipmentfrom the platform. Remove the welder (ifequipped).Tip-over hazard. Failure toremove all factory andnon-factory accessories couldresult in the machine tippingover, causing death or seriousinjury.3 Enter Service Mode. Refer to RepairProcedure, How to Enter the Service Mode.4 Press the settings button above the displayand select the Calibrations menu.5 Navigate to the Sensor calibration screen.6 Navigate to the Load Sense calibrationscreen.7 Select and start the calibration procedure.8 Follow the on-screen instructions to set thezero load.9 Continue with the on screen prompts to set themaximum load.10 Place a 1,000 lb / 454 kg test weight on theplatform floor using a suitable lifting device.Place the weight near the center entry point of
