Grease a 9- x 13-inch (23- x 33-cm) bakingpan. Cut dough in half; then divide each half into 8 pieces. Place ingreased pan. Let rise until almost double in size, about 45 minutes.Bake at 375°F (191°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. [907 g] fresh)1 1/2 cups (355 ml) sugar1 box low-sugar fruit pectin1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juiceIn a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into bread pan.Start breadmaker. After cycle has finished, allow jam to cool about1 hour before transferring into storage containers. Store in refrigeratorfor up to 3 weeks or in freezer for 1 year. Makes 6 cups (1.4 L).
