13FEATURES OF THE CONSOLEThe revolutionary treadmill console offers a selectionof features designed to make your workouts moreeffective and enjoyable.When you select the manual mode of the console, youcan change the speed and incline of the treadmill withthe touch of a button. As you exercise, the console willdisplay continuous exercise feedback. You can evenmeasure your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sen-sor or the optional chest pulse sensor (see page 22 forinformation about the optional chest pulse sensor).The console also features 24 interactive cross trainingworkouts designed to help you to burn calories and en-hance your cardiovascular system while toning andstrengthening your muscles. The cross training work-outs automatically control the speed and incline of thetreadmill and prompt you to perform a variety ofstrength exercises during your workout.
