This will eliminate stagnant waterin the hose along with any bacteria that may cause irritations.XTurn on the all-pole circuit breaker(s) located on the powersupply line (see the chapter “Electrical Connections” and safety).NOTES:- When first turned on, all of the numbers and LEDs on the controlpanel will turn on. Following, the display will show the codes for thesoftware and firmware versions.- In general, when the spa is filled for the first time, the water tempe-rature is lower than the factory set value (35 °C), therefore the heatingsystem and the hydromassage pump will be turned on (the controlpanel display will show the temperature of the water in the tub).- If the message “FLO” appears on the display, the pressure switch/flow switch of the heater may be faulty. Please see chapter “Abnor-mal operating conditions - Alarm signals”.XPress the TEST button of the differential switch locatedupstream from the electrical system to which the spa is con-nected. If it does not trip, it may be faulty or it may have trippeddue to problems in the electrical system of the building.Disconnect the spa and do not use it until you have identi-fied and eliminated the defect.XCheck the operation of the hydromassage pumps with thekeys “Pump1” and “Pump2” (where available).XCheck that the spotlights switch on and off using the key“Light” .XCheck that the blower (if included) switches on and off usingthe key “Blower” .XCheck that there are no leaks from the hydraulic connectionsor other problems.XCompletely disinfect the spa by carrying out “super-chlori-nation” treatment.Please refer to the Jacuzzi system water treatment guideand relative catalogue for details on water quality mainte-nance, the methods and warnings governing the use of rela-tive chemical products.XAfter a few hours, turn off the all-pole circuit breaker(s).XOpen the drain and completely empty the spa.XIf included, re-install the front and side panels.CAUTION Do not use the spa the first time you start it as there is ahigh concentration of chlorine in the water during thisphase. Immediately empty the bath.Contact the local authorities for the standards gover-ning the discharge of chemically treated water.XClose the drain valve and then fill up the spa again with“fresh” water, following the methods indicated above.XTurn on the all-pole circuit breaker(s) back on and check ifthe spa is operating properly.XCheck and as necessary modify the water filtering cycles ba-sed on how you intend to use the spa.Control panel and functionsAll spa functions are managed by the control panel on the tub, asare the respective settings/programming.NOTE: when the system is powered, the panel alternates the di-splay of the time and water temperature; if the heating system isoperating, the following symbol will also appear .QSetting the timeFor correct management of water filtering and use of the energysavings mode, the current time must be set.XPress the “Clock” key for about 5 seconds. The currenttime will be displayed, the hour digit will flash, and the respecti-ve symbol will appear on the display.XUse the “Up” and/or “Down” keys to set the hour (Holdthe keys down for rapid change).XThen press the “Clock” key to set the minutes, which willstart flashing.
