2828X Proceed as described above.X Press the “Clock” key again to save the set values and exitthe programming mode.NOTES- If no key is pressed for 5 seconds, you will exit the procedure andany changes made will not be saved.- There is a back-up battery that keeps the time up-to-date evenwhen the system is powered off.Displaying the timeX To display the time, press the “Clock” key .QSetting the water temperatureThe water is heated by a tubular electrical heater or by a heatexchanger. The recommended temperature is 35-36 °C.NOTE: The heater will be disabled if the pumps and/or blower areturned on and the maximum permitted consumption is exceed (thesymbol will flash on the display). In this case, if you need to heatthe water, the system will enable the heater 5 minutes after con-sumption has decreased enough to allow it to be switched on.Temperature unit of measureThe temperature scale is set to °C (Celsius). It can be changed to°F (Fahrenheit) as follows:XPress and hold the key “Light” for about 12 seconds untilyou see the message “cFn”.XIf necessary, use the “Up” and/or “Down” keys to scrollthe menu until you see “cFn”. Press the “Light” key again toconfirm the option.XNow insert the password 123 as follows:- use the “Up” and/or “Down” keys to select the first numeral.- confirm the selection by pressing the key “Light” .Perform the same steps to insert the other two numbers.XOnce you have inserted the password, the display will show themessage I1x (where “x” may be 1 or 0; the memorized value is 0).XUse the “Up” and/or “Down” keys to change “x” from 0 a1 (corresponding to the scale in °F). Confirm the selection with the“Light” key. The display will show the message I2x.XPress the “Light” key again to go to parameter I3 0, whichmust never be modified.XPress the “Light” key one more time to exit the procedureand memorize the new values. The display will go off for a mo-ment, and then it will come on again. To go back to the Celsius scale (°C), return to the procedure andset figure “x” of the parameter I1x to 0.NOTE: If no key is pressed for 20 seconds, you will exit the procedu-re and any changes made will not be saved.Water heating temperature (“set point”).To check or modify the water heating temperature, do the following:XPress the “Up” and/or “Down” keys: the display will showthe currently memorized temperature (in °C or °F as program-med; see “Unit of measurement of the temperature”).XPress the “Up” or “Down” key again to change the displayedvalue from a minimum of 15 °C to a maximum of 40 °C (59-104 °F).XTo show the temperature of the water in the tub again, donot touch any key for about 5 seconds.XAs soon as the water temperature set point is reached, theheater is shut off. It will not be turned back on until the watertemperature drops about 0.5 °C (1 °F) below the set point.XTo ensure precise measurement of the water temperature, the filtering pump turns on at low speed, approx. every half hourand for 30” of filtration (even if filtering cycles were not set).NOTESWhen the system is turned off, or there is a power outage, the lastset point is stored in memory.Maintenance of minimum temperature of water in tub andanti-freeze protection of the pipes (“Smart Winter”).At regu-lar intervals, the system reads the actual temperature. If it is belowthe minimum admissible value (15 °C - 59 °F), the heater and the fil-tering pump are automatically activated until the temperature risesabove that value.“Smart Winter” lets you make use of a special probe to monitorthe temperature of the compartment under the tub, which containsthe all of the pipes of the plumbing circuit. In extreme conditions, the system may turn on this protection (indicated on the display bythe message ICE). The pumps will be turned on according to the fol-lowing configurations:With limitation of electrical consumptionThe blower is turned on in conjunction with one of the two hydro-massage pumps. After one minute, the pump is turned off and theother one is turned on, also for one minute. After that, the pumpsand blowers are turned off. During this cycle, the heater is turned offbut it can be turned back on if necessary.Without limitation of electrical consumptionThe operating mode remains the same, except for the heater, which remains operative.XThe pumps and the blower are turned on at preset intervals, depending on the temperature:- temperature between 12 and 15 ° C (54 - 59 °F): every hour- temperature between 9 and 12 ° C (48 - 54 °F): every 30 minutes
