Make sure all drains are closed before you begin, page 14.1. Prepare The Spa For Filling• Clear all debris from the spa. (Although the spa shell has beenpolished at the factory, you may want to treat it with a speciallyformulated spa cleaner.) Consult your authorized Jacuzzi dealer foradditional information prior to filling spa.• Remove both ProClarity™ and ProClear™ Plus skimmer, polishingfilter lids and filters as illustrated in Section 13.1 (page 51).2. Fill Spa• Place the end of your garden hose into empty skimming filter fitting(on your left) as you stand next to the spa. Fill spa half way, thenplace the garden hose into the opposite filter fitting (on your right)while adding the remaining fill water.CAUTION: TO DECREASE BUILD UP ON COMPONENTS ANDMINIMIZE ACRYLIC DAMAGE.Never fill with water from a water softener. If your water isextremely “hard,” it is preferable to fill half-way with hard water andthe rest of the way with softened water. Water that is too soft canbe corrosive to metal components.
