Page 46D. Programming the Water Change TimerA programmable “Water Refresh” reminder can be set to remind youwhen to drain and refill the spa.1. While in the “Water Care” Menu, Figure12.6e, tap> or > until you reach the“Water Change” option, Figure 12.6f.2. Slide your finger up and down to rollthe days scroll wheel to adjust thenumber of days from OFF to 180. Theadjustments are made in incrementsof 30 days. The days are stored in memory if thepower is interrupted.Note: It is not recommended that this feature be turned OFF. In order tocontinually maintain the water healthy and clean, in addition to chemicalmaintenance, it should be program as instructed.3. Tap Set to confirm and save your changes.4. When the timer expires, a message will appear on the control paneldisplay, page 67. The water must be drained and replaced withfresh water. Follow the instructions above to reset the timer. If youtap “snooze” the message will clear but the error icon will displayand the reminder screen will reappear in 10 days. Refer to Section13.1, page 51, for filter location.12.7 Locking the SpaFrom the “Settings” menu, tap > next to “Lock” to enter the programmingoptions, Figures 12.7a and 12.7b. You can prevent users from changingcertain features of the spa. When a lock feature is active, the lock iconwill appear of the status bar.
