Keep WarmThe Keep Warm feature is used to safely keep hot foods warmor for warming breads and plates.1. Press More Options pad.2. Press the arrow to scroll. LOptions3. Select KEEP WARM.44. Select one of the displayed temperatures or enter desiredtemperature using the number pads. Temperatures can beselected between 145° and 190° F.5. KEEPWARM and the temperature will be displayed.6. When oven has preheated, a beep sounds and KEEPWARM and the temperature will be displayed.7. When finished, press the CANCEL pad and _ CANCEL iremove food or plates from the oven. ,.........................../To Warm Dinner Rolls:* Cover rolls looselywith foil and place in oven.* Press More Options pad., Select KEEP WARM., Select 170° temperature. Warm for 12-15 minutes.To Warm Plates:Place two stacks of up to four plates each in the oven." Press More Options pad.* Select KEEP WARM. ,Options j!* Select 170° temperature., Warm for five minutes. Turn off the oven by pressing theCANCEL pad and leave plates in the oven for 15 minutesmore.* Use only oven-safe plates, check with the manufacturer., Do not set warm dishes on a cold surface as rapidtemperature changes could cause crazing or breakage.Notes:* Food should be hot when placed in oven.For optimal food quality, foods should be kept warm forno Iongerthan 1 hour.To keep foods from drying, cover loosely with foil or aglass lid.Meat ProbeUsing the probe supplied with your oven assures excellentroasting results every time.1. Insert the probe into the food item. For meats, the probetip should be located in the center of the thickest part ofthe meat and not into the fat or touching a bone.2. Insert the probe plug into thereceptacle located on the topright of the oven. Be sure toinsert plug into the receptacleall the way.3. Press More Options pad.4. Press the arrow to scroll. ..............5. Select MEAT PROBE. ,Options.7.8.4Set the internal food temperature desired by selectingone of the displayed temperatures or enter thetemperature using the number pads. The probetemperature can be set from 100° - 185° F. If the meatprobe is not inserted,INSERT PROBEwill be displayed.Select BAKE or CONVECT.Set the oven temperature by selecting one of thedisplayed temperatures or enter the temperature usingthe number pads.Important: If the probe is removed from the oven receptacleat any time during the cooking process, the control will promptINSERT PROBE. If the probe is not reinserted within 30seconds, the program will be canceled and the oven will turnoff.When BAKE is selected:* The display will briefly show the selected temperaturesfor the oven and probe.* After 10 seconds, the display will show the actual oventemperature and actual probe temperature.When CONVECT is selected:* Select CNVT BAKE, CNVT ROAST or CNVT PASTRY.Set the oven temperature by selecting one of thedisplayed temperatures or enter the temperature usingthe number pads.The display will briefly show the selected temperaturesfor the oven and probe.* After 10 seconds, the display will show the actual oventemperature and actual probe temperature.22
