Water container compartmentNOTES:• Be sure that any accessories you purchase are suitable for cooking with steam and hot air in combination.• Place cookware on the wire shelf, as it can hold more weight than the baking/drip tray or steam tray can.• Be sure that there is at least 11¼"(3.2 cm) space between the upper rim of the cookware and the oven cavity ceiling to allowenough steam to enter the cookware.• Do not place wire shelf, baking/drip tray or steam tray directly on oven bottom.Accessories suppliedWire shelf: The wire shelf allowshot air to circulate around the food.The wire shelf can be used to cookfood or as a support for ovenproofcookware and bakeware._ - Li _;. _Temperature probe: The temperatureprobe is designed to measure theinternal temperature of food between86°F and 212°F (30°C and 100°C).See the "Temperature Probe" sectionfor more information.Baking/drip tray: Use the baking/drip tray underneath the wire shelfor steam tray to catch drips. It mayalso be used as cookware or as abaking tray.The baking/drip tray is used tocollect the dripping juices andfood particles that wouldotherwise stain and soil the interiorof the oven. Do not place traydirectly on the oven bottom.Steam tray: When preparing mostfoods using the Steam function,use the steam tray.Do not use the steam tray forfoods, such as rice or grains, thatmay fall through the holes.Water container: All cooking functionsexcept Convection Bake require thewater container to be full to the "MAX"mark.See the "Water Container" section formore information.Sponge: The sponge is used for wipingoff residual condensation that may bepresent in the cooled oven aftercooking. It is important that you allowthe oven to cool before removingresidual water.See the "Oven Care" section.Accessories not suppliedAdditional accessories can be purchased separately.
