234.11 CMD Time outCMD Time Out allows you to set the number of commands the duplicator will send to a non-responsivedrive. If the duplicator experiences any issues when attempting to communicate with an attacheddrive, the duplicator can send 1 to 9 unreturned ATA commands to the drive before it errors out.4.12 Tran SizeTRAN. SIZE setting allows you define the data transfer block size for each ATA command. Generally,larger transfer block sizes are better for duplication purposes than smaller sizes. However, there aresome hard drives which can only accept 2MB data transfer size per ATA command. If your drivesonly support small data transfer block sizes, then you will need to change this setting.The Transfer Size settings can be set to 128KB, 256KB, 512KB, 1MB, 2MB, 4MB, 8MB and 16MB.The default value is set to the largest available option for your model.4.13 Device InfoDEVICE INFO allows you to view information about any hard drives currently connected to theduplicator.To view device information:1. From the Setup menu, press the UP or DoWN button to navigate to the DEVICE INFO function.2. Press the ENT button to begin viewing the information about the connected hard drives.
