19SATAt a level > 120 dBμV the LC display indicates an overflow. Thefollowing details are displayed:• Frequency: 1508.0 MHz• Operating mode: SAT analogue• Level: OverflowThe level of DVB-S(2) signals can only be measured properly withthe setting “SAT digital reception”.Note“SAT DVB-S(2)” LEVEL MEASUREMENTLC display during DVB-S(2) level measurement:For how to switch from analogue to digital level measurementplease see “SAT analogue / DVB-S(2) switch”.• Frequency: 1236.0 MHz• Operating mode: SAT digital• Measured level: 86.5 dBμV DLOCATING SATELLITESThe [SAT FIND] function allows you to search for satellites whosetransponder frequencies are unknown. The frequency range from1000 to 2100 MHz is continuously scanned for reception signals. Ifa reception signal is detected, the reception level is indicated in thedisplay in the form of an increasing or decreasing bar. The [<] [>]buttons allow you to set the measurement range to three sensitivitylevels.A bearing sound enables you to monitor the level. The pitch ofthe bearing sound is proportional to the received signal level. Thevolume of the bearing sound can be adjusted using the [Vol-] [Vol+]volume buttons.Command overview for [SAT FIND][SAT FIND] Switch to the “frequency-independent satellitesearch” mode.[<][>] Switch the measurement range, the bar graph andthe bearing sound:Level range 1: Large input levelsLevel range 2: Medium input levelsLevel range 3: Small input levels[SAT FIND] Exit this modeLC display:• Level range 2: Medium input levels• SAT mode• Bar graph display with bearing sound
