Press and hold the set but-ton for approximately two seconds. Thedisplay will show “SEt”. Press the buttonfor the channel to be programmed. Thedisplay will show the current setting for that channel.Use the up or down button to increment or decrementthe setting. When the setting is correct, press and holdthe set button again for approximately two seconds.The display will show "StO" for approximately two sec-onds and the timer will return to normal operation.Repeat the process as necessary for the other timers.OPERATING LOGICWhen the timer is powered up, the display will show thetime setting for the channel that was operated last andthe relay output contacts will be open. To start a cycle,press the desired channel button (1-3). The display willbegin to countdown from the preset time setting andthe relay output contacts will close. During thecountdown the colon will flash at a one-second rate.When the countdown has reached "00:00" the relayoutput contacts will open, the display will flash, and theaudible alarm will sound. To cancel the audible alarm,press any button.PAUSE FEATURETo pause a cycle in progress, press any button. Therelay output contacts will open, the display will flash,and the countdown will pause. To resume thecountdown, press any button. The display will resumethe normal countdown and the relay output contactswill close.CANCELING A CYCLETo cancel a cycle in progress press and hold anybutton for approximately two seconds. The relay outputcontacts will open and the display will show the timesetting for the channel last used.DRAININGALWAYS SHUT THE FRYER OFF COMPLETELYBEFORE DRAINING. THE FRYER SHOULD BEDRAINED ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OFPROPERLY TRAINED PERSONNEL. A DRAIN PIPEAND COVERED CONTAINER SUITABLE FOR USEWITH HOT OIL SHOULD BE USED TO ENSURE THESAFETY OF THE OPERATOR.1.
