This is inevitable and is not considereddefective.• Do not expose the monitor to direct sunlight.• Do not operate the touch panel using a ball -pointpen or similar tool with a sharp tip.Touch the keys on the touch panel with your fingerdirectly (if you are wearing a glove, take it off).• When the temperature is very cold or very hot...- Chemical changes occur inside, causingmalfunction.- Pictures may not appear clearly or may moveslowly. Pictures may not be synchronized withthe sound or picture quality may decline in suchenvironments.On the volume setting• DigitaJ devices produce very little noise comparedwith other sources. Lower the volume before playingthese digital sources to avoid damaging the speakersby sudden increase of the output level.AboutGPSWhen you turn on this unit for the first time, youmust wait while the system acquires GPS signalsfrom satellites. This process could take up toseveral minutes. Make sure your vehicle is outdoorsin an open area away from tall buildings and treesfor fastest acquisition.
