Also avoid placeswith too much dust or the possibility of watersplashing.• Do not subject the faceplate to excessiveshock, as it is a piece of precision equipment.• To prevent deterioration, do not touch theterminals of the unit or faceplate with yourfingers.• When replacing a fuse, only use a new onewith the prescribed rating. Using a fuse withthe wrong rating may cause your unit to mal-function.• To prevent short circuits when replacing afuse, first disconnect the wiring harness.• During installation, do not use any screwsexcept for the ones provided.
