All repairs require the analyzer to be shipped to the nearest KeysightTechnologies service center. Extended warranty periods can be purchased withthe initial product purchase.There are many other repair and calibration options available from the KeysightTechnologies support organization. These options cover a range of serviceagreements with a variety of time frames. The following support products withtheir associated options are available for purchase with the initial productpurchase.— R1280A Return to Keysight Warranty and Service PlanOptions are available to extend the warranty period to five years.— R1282A Return to Keysight Calibration PlanThe analyzer is delivered with a one-year calibration certificate. Options areavailable to have Keysight Technologies provide three or five yearcalibration coverage (perform the annual calibration two or four times).Options for basic calibration or ISO/IEC 17025 or ANSI/NCSL Z540.3–2006standards compliant calibrations are available.
