If any liquids are spilt ontothe maXim, the inside should be cleaned anddried as soon as possible. Only suitablyqualified personnel should remove the coversand perform any such maintenance.• Do not apply excessive force to any of thecontrols. Spare parts and service are availablefrom your LSC agent, but prevention is betterthan cure.• When connecting any devices to the maXim,make sure that all connections are correctbefore switching on the power. If any doubtexists, obtain the assistance of qualifiedpersonnel.• If your maXim is to be used "on the road", youshould use the optional flight case to protect it.Transport the maXim with all faders in the fullydown position. This gives the faders maximumprotection from probable damage.• When your maXim is not in use, cover theupper surface with the optional dust cover.• If the surface of your maXim becomes soiled,clean it with a damp cloth. Do not use anypowerful solvents. An alcohol swab may beused to remove any gum from labelling tape.
