Cardio Bike Operation384.4. Using the Built-in Programs4.4.1. DescriptionThe 8 Built-in Programs differ in effort. Each lets you select amaximum effort and time (10 to 99 minutes). (Intervals Programrequires a minimum effort.) The bike will not go above themaximum number unless manually overridden. Each programhas 20 segments of equal time, beginning with 3 warm-upsegments and ending with 2 cool-down segments. Forexample, a 40-minute program contains 20 2-minute segments.Table 4-3 Built-In ProgramsScreen Program DescriptionFAT BURN: This program features two peaksalong with gradual changes in effort.
