The yellow LED at the fre-quency converter lights up.Switch on the turbomolecular pump at the frequency con-verter■ via pins 7 and 8 of the socket REMOTE (X1) (For exam-ple via a remote control or with the aid of the plug withintegrated ON/OFF switch: see Section 1.5Accessories).■ by a start command via the interface.The turbomolecular pump accelerates. The green LEDflashes.
