Rotate the grip counterclockwise and press downthe releasing lever into an unlocked position.2. Hold and swing the grip from side to side to turnthe base.3. Turn the base close to your desired positive stopangle while pressing down the releasing lever in theunlocked position.2. Deliberately push the releasing lever up halfwaybetween the unlocked position and locked position.3. Turn the base at your desired positive stop angleuntil it is secured.4.
