12After replacing brushes, plug in the tool and break inbrushes by running tool with no load for about 10 min-utes. Then check the tool while running and electricbrake operation when releasing the switch trigger. If elec-tric brake is not working well, ask your local Makita ser-vice center for repair.After use• After use, wipe off chips and dust adhering to thetool with a cloth or the like. Keep the blade guardclean according to the directions in the previouslycovered section titled “Blade guard”.
