Call Forwarding when Busy or Not AnsweredCalls ringing the extension forward when not answered, and all calls forward while the exten-sion is busy. Call Forwarding ImmediateAll calls to the extension forward immediately.Extension users can chain Call Forwards. For example, extension 301 can forward all calls immedi-ately to 304, which in turn can forward all calls immediately to extension 302. Any co-worker call-ing 301 or 304 goes to 302 instead. If extension 302 is Call Forwarded to Voice Mail, callers to 301or 304 go directly to 302’s mailbox.Feature Quick StepsTo activate or cancel Call Forwarding:1. Press ICM + Dial *3.2. Dial destination extension or press Voice Mail key + Press SPK to hang up.Call TimerAvailability: All versions.Call Timer lets a keyset user with a Call Timer key time theirtrunk calls on the telephone display.There are two types of Call Timer keys: Manual Call TimerThe Manual Call Timer key works like a stopwatch. Pressing the key turns on the timer, whilepressing the key a second time resets and turns off the timer. With a Manual Call Timer key,the timer will not start automatically. For example, if an extension user presses the ManualCall Timer key and calls three clients, the display will show the total elapsed time for all threecalls. The user can also press the Manual Call Timer key to time events anytime while theirphone is idle.Call Forwarding ensuresthat the user’s calls arecovered when they are awayfrom their work area.Call Timer helps users thatmust keep track of their timeon the phone.
