Paper Jam Problems 93TROUBLESHOOTINGClearing Paper JamsFollow these suggestions when attempting to clear paperjams.• To avoid damage to rollers, always remove jammedpaper gently.• Try to remove jammed paper without tearing it. Anypieces of paper left in the printer, whether large or small,can obstruct the paper path and cause further jams..note: If, after clearing the paper jam, the jam messageon the Operator Panel persists, open and close the TopCover.
