38123456123456123456123456123456123456123456 ADJUSTMENT.Set-Up ProcedureBefore adjusting1 Installation of the projector.• This projector is pre-adjusted at the factory for 100 inch screen front projection at 12.4˚ for XG85 and 12.2˚ forXG135LC, and ceiling mounting. If your application is the same as the factory setting, you will not have toreconfigure the projector for your application. However, if you want to do some fine or further adjustments, carry outthe following adjustments.2 Connect the external equipment to the projector.3 Turn on power to the external equipment and the projector.• If you want to institute the use of a passcode, register the passcode. See page 62.• Carry out the adjustments after displaying an image for 20 minutes or more.4 Select the input signal.• If your input signal has not been recorded, it is necessary to perform the signal entry beforehand.
