Risk of explosion.Stop operation and clean the entire filter thoroughly from dust before anygrinding, welding or other hot works are performed on the filter exterior orinlet.10.1 Service and maintenance of ATEX equipmentTo ensure the required level of protection, ensure that the following isperformed:• E-PAK 150 DX/300 DX/500 DX is regularly inspected for damage ormalfunction. If E-PAK 150 DX/300 DX/500 DX is damaged, it is to beshut down and any explosive atmosphere removed.• There is to be no explosive atmosphere and/or dust layers present whenservicing or inspecting E-PAK 150 DX/300 DX/500 DX.• Only Nederman original spare parts are to be used.• E-PAK 150 DX/300 DX/500 DX is not be covered with thick dust layers(>5 mm). This is prevented by setting up routines for regular cleaning andincluding these in the explosion protection document.
