This current level should provide sufficient torque atthe time the brake is released.Apl.03 : Brake release speedUsed to set the speed threshold at which the brake will becontrolled. This speed level should ensure sufficient torque isprovided to drive the load in the right direction when the brakeis released. In general, this threshold is set at a value slightlyabove the motor slip expressed in rpm.Example:- 1500 rpm = 50 Hz- Rated on-load speed = 1470 rpm- Slip = 1500 - 1470 = 30 rpmApl.04 : Brake apply speedUsed to set the speed threshold at which brake control will bedisabled. This threshold enables the brake to be applied beforezero speed so as to avoid load veering while the brake is beingengaged. If the frequency or speed drops below this thresholdwhen no stop request has been made (change of direction ofrotation), brake control will remain activated. This exceptioncan be used to avoid the brake being applied as the motorpasses through zero speed.Apl.05 : Brake delay: This time delay is triggered when all the conditions forbrake release have been met. It allows enough time to establishan adequate level of reactive current in the motor and to ensurethat the slip compensation function is fully activated. When thistime delay has elapsed, brake control is enabled.During the whole pre-brake delay period, the ramp applied tothe reference is held constant.: This time delay is used to delay the brake apply commandin relation to passage below the minimum speed threshold(Apl.04). It is useful for avoiding repeated oscillation of thebrake when it is being applied around zero speed.Apl.06 : Post-brake release delayThis time delay is triggered when brake control is enabled. It isused to allow time for the brake to release before unlocking thespeed ramp.Apl.07 : Zero speed thresholdIf the motor speed is at or below the level defined by thisparameter, the «Zero speed» alarm will be enabled. In factory-set configuration, this alarm is assigned to digital output DO1using parameter I/O.11.In open loop mode, upon a stop command, the drive decelerateson the selected ramp to the threshold set by Apl.07, and thenthe motor goes into freewheel mode.Apl.08 to Apl.20 : Not used
