68 Settings : Image QualityWhen the camera is in recording mode, the current image quality settingcan be determined by viewing the image quality icon displayed in thesettings list. To change the image quality setting, touch the image qualityicon with the stylus or select IMAGE QUALITY from the setupmenu. The following window will appear.MENU SETUP IMAGEFINENORMALUse the stylus to select the desired image quality setting, then press theMENU key to return to the main menu or the ENTER key to return to thesetup menu or recording mode. Selecting CANCEL discards any changesand returns you to the setup menu or recording mode.Note: When you alter the image quality setting, the exposure count shownin the status bar and status window will change to show the number ofexposures remaining at the new setting.Note: Changing the image quality setting does not affect image resolution,which remains a constant 640 × 480 pixels. The only change is in theamount image data are compressed.
