223Technical NotesViewfindereyepieceaccessories• DK-20C Eyepiece Correction Lenses: Lenses are available withdiopters of –5, –4, –3, –2, 0, +0.5, +1, +2, and +3 m –1when the camera diopter adjustment control is in theneutral position (–1 m –1 ). Use eyepiece correctionlenses only if the desired focus can not be achieved withthe built in diopter adjustment control (–2 to +1 m –1).Test eyepiece correction lenses before purchase toensure that the desired focus can be achieved. Therubber eyecup can not be used with eyepiececorrection lenses.• DK-21M Magnifying Eyepiece: The DK-21M magnifies theview through the viewfinder by approximately 1.17×(50 mm f/1.4 lens at infinity; –1.0 m –1) for greaterprecision when framing.• DG-2 Magnifier: The DG-2 magnifies the scene displayed inthe center of the viewfinder for greater precision duringfocusing. Eyepiece adapter required (availableseparately). Note that because the DG-2 interferes withthe eye sensor, you may find it necessary to select Offfor the Info display auto off item in the setup menu(0 130) when this accessory is attached.• DK-22 Eyepiece Adapter: The DK-22 is used when attachingthe DG-2 magnifier.• DR-6 Right-Angle Viewing Attachment: The DR-6 attaches at aright angle to the viewfinder eyepiece, allowing theimage in the viewfinder to be viewed at right angles tothe lens (for example, from directly above when thecamera is horizontal). In addition, because the DR-6interferes with the eye sensor, you may find it necessaryto select Off for the Info display auto off item in thesetup menu when this accessory is attached.
