During processing, the displays shown atright appear in the control panel and viewfinder. No furtherphotos can be taken until processing is complete. Noisereduction will not be performed if the camera is turned offduring processing. Note that if photos are played back dur-ing processing, the image displayed in the monitor may notshow the effects of noise reduction.High ISO NR (All Modes)Photographs taken at high sensitivities can be processed to reduce“noise”. Choose from the following options:Option DescriptionNormal(default) Noise reduction takes effect at sensitivities over ISO 400. ChooseLow for less noise reduction, High for more noise reduction.LowHighOff Noise reduction turns off unless sensitivity exceeds ISO 800.
