You can do thefollowing:• Read some of the unreadmessages, and delete them.• Delete messages from some ofyour folders.A single messageTo delete a single message, you needto open it first.1. Scroll to the message you wish todelete, and press Select.4. Press Options > Delete > Select.5. Press OK to delete the message orBack to exit.All messages in a folder1. Scroll to the folder containingthe messages you wish to deleteand press Select.All — Deletes all messages in allof the folders.All read — Deletes any messageswhich have been read in all of thefolders.All unread — Deletes anymessages which have not beenread in all of the folders.Inbox — Deletes all messagesfrom the Inbox folder.Sent items — Deletes allmessages from the Sent itemsfolder.Archive — Deletes all messagesfrom the Archive folder.3. Press OK to empty the folder.Note: Only folders createdin My folders can bedeleted. The Inbox, Sentitems, Archive, andTemplates folders areprotected.
